Viennese delights

I’m sure we have visited every shop in Vienna – lots of designer labels and the jewellery is exquisite.  We lunch at Café Europe again – Vienna schnitzel of course!  

In the afternoon we visit the Imperial Apartments and the Sisi Museum.  Austria’s love affair with the tragic Kaiserin Elizabeth is extraordinary. 

That evening we have decided to try the Italian Restaurant just up from our hotel but it is booked out – but this is Europe and we only have to cross the road to discover another restaurant, which turns outs to be very good.  The service at all the restaurants we have visited has been excellent.
