We met up with Lyn and Vince and all went out for lunch together – never been to their house in NSW but having lunch together in Rome!!
Our trip to Pompeii is quite a journey as we ended up on the ‘slow’ train so we were relieved when we finally arrived. This is my second visit (you really only have to go once in a lifetime) but it really is an amazing place and easy to imagine the community that would have existed all those centuries ago.
