Praha bound

5^th January

We catch the 11.08am train to Praha due to arrive at 3.25pm.  Having purchased goodies to eat during the journey (we are not going to be caught out again!) we settle in and spend our time rabbit/hare spotting in the snow-covered fields – we even see nine deer at one time!

We are staying, once more, at Tri Bubnu, but have a different apartment – third floor – NO lift.  Still very roomy upstairs but the bathroom and toilet are a bit of a squeeze.

As soon as we have put our bags away we are off to explore the markets and have not been outside for more than half an hour when we run into the girl's singing teacher from Brisbane!  

After the obligatory purchases we decide on dinner at an outdoor restaurant – in spite of the fact that it is freezing – they have gas heaters everywhere and you really do get used to the weather.  We finish off the evening with a night at the “Black Theatre” – a feast of comedy (in English) movement and light.
