Fairmont Hotel

That evening the girls dine at the Glacier Saloon while we dine at the Fairview Dining Room …………sublime.  We feast on the tasting menu ………Moet, avocado wrapped in prosciutto and garnished with nuts, artichoke soup, fish on risotto, veal tenderloin, sorbet and an exquisite array of chocolate desserts ………$300 later.   

Extra clothes, shoes, lessons, gear hire – this has been a very expensive couple of days!
