First full day in NYC

Friday 5^th January

We head down to Times Square and buy tickets to "Chicago" for that night’s show. (Bebe Neuwirth is starring).  There is a place you can line up to buy cheap tickets but it looks like you need to be in line at least and hour or two before they go on sale.  Also, there is no need to buy the more expensive tickets as the theatres are quite small and even the back rows aren’t that far from the stage.

We visit MOMA where we purchase passes for $53 (adults) $44 (students).  They include entry to MOMA, a 2 hour cruise, Empire State Building, Metropolitan and the Museum of Natural History.

Back to the hotel for a rest and a change of clothes for the theatre.  Jordan is suddenly struck with vomiting etc and although she insists she feels well enough to attend, 15 minutes into the show she has to leave ……… with Gordy. :(  The show was sensational! :)
