Cab ride up to 6th and Waverly where, after grabbing a coffee and a bagel to go, we join a two hour walking tour of Greenwich Village. I always find these tours are worth doing as they are conducted by a local with lots of local knowledge. We covered quite a bit of area including Washington Park, which has been used in many television and movie scenes until the locals protested, saw the coffee shop where the "Friends" group hung out, Christopher Park and the Stonewall Cafe, and Bleeker St - home to lots of great restaurants and cool cafes.
Tonight we went to see Al Pacino in "China Doll" - he was brilliant!
